Financial Information
The financial arrangement for the cost of your dental treatment is between you and our office. However, if you have dental insurance, we will be happy to assist you in filing your insurance claim and maximizing your insurance benefits.

A note on dental insurance:
The percentage covered or paid by dental insurance companies range from 50~80%. Some insurance carriers will pay 50~80% of our office fees and some insurance companies will pay 50~80% of fees based on their fee schedule arbitrarily developed by their company. For example, if our office fees for a procedure is $100 and the insurance reimbursement is designated at 80% for that procedure, some insurance will pay based on our fee schedule of $100 and pay $80. However, some insurance will pay based on their fee schedule of $90 and pay $72 (80% of $90), in which case you will need to pay the difference in the fees. We offer a special courtesy for patients who pay the treatment cost at the beginning of the procedure and receive a direct reimbursement from their insurance carrier.

For your convenience, we accept Cash, Check and Credit Cards and offer affordable outside financing.



Impression Dental Care Patients are automatically enrolled in our VIP reward program with the first $100 spent at Impression Dental Care. Two reward points are earned for every $100 at Impression Dental Care. There is no cash value to the points. However, points earned can be used at Impression Dental Care, Image Plastic Surgery or Minuet Day Spa.
